Following the communication policy for visibility of the horse sports in Bulgaria, the focus of the communication partnership of Key Experts Group with Bulgarian Equestrian Federation were the key events in the equestrian calendar.



The International Show Jumping in Albena Resort, round of CSI3*-W, FEI World Cup is one of the most interesting and long-awaited events for the admirers of the horse sport in Bulgaria. It is also a big event in the agenda of the best world athletes and their horses. 2009 was the first year the two world cups - individual and team were united in one event in Albena that hosted a round of the Balkan Cup as well.

In respond to the increasing interest towards the event the organizers Bulgarian Equestrian Federation and Horse Club NPC, Albena Sea Resort and Balchik Municipality addressed Key Experts Group to actively support the overall organization and to develop and execute a program for attracting new partners and media relations management from the announcement through the press center management on site and to the overall analyses of the media coverage.

Thanks to the professional commitment of Key Experts Group team, the tournament proved its significance and position in the equestrian calendar as well as one of the most prestigious international events in the country.
More than 150 first-class horses together with over 100 high-class riders, nearly 120 professionally engaged with the horse sport VIP guest, 30 media representatives and numerous public appreciated the common efforts of the organizers.

With the same success Key Experts Group managed the media relations of the Balkan Dressage Championship in Voivodino - from the announcement press conference, through the press center management on site and to the overall analyses of the media coverage.

Objectives:

» To position the horse sports in Bulgaria and to reach wider audience through formatting and opening the existing events
» To attract potential partners and sponsors via complex engagement proposals for horse sports support
» To develop a network of media contact to be maintained with a constant information exchange dedicated to the horse sports events in the country and the participation of Bulgarian athletes in international events
