Project: Horse Sport VisibilitySince the beginning of the year Key Experts Group works for equestrian sport popularization in Bulgaria with increasing the informational perimeter and gain to larger public with current events.
Attracting the attention of potential sponsors and networking with media contacts to be developed with continuous exchange of information are the main objectives of the project. In the center of partnership communication between Key Experts and Bulgarian Equestrian Federation has been working over the internet presence of the federation, developing a monthly newsletter coverage and positioning of key events in equestrian calendar.
After the success of joint efforts in the realization of one of the most important and attractive events in the equestrian sport in 2010 - the 36th Balkan Championship Show Jumping, which was held under the patronage of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, this year the team of Key Experts Group had a key role in the social and media positioning of two major international events, of which Bulgaria was a host - the Balkan Eventing Championship /13-15 May, Shumen/ and the World Cup Show Jumping /02-05 June, Bozhurishte/.
The team of Key Experts Group supported the international competitions with the organization of press events at national and regional level, development of strategic media partnerships and management of media relations from announcing events to establishing a press centre at the events for full coverage of each race.
Along with the massive information on the progress of the races, supported by attractive photos, the events were reflected for the first time in real time and through the Facebook page of the Federation. This approach greatly contributed to the increase in the attendance of such events, to generate high interest through comments and feedback from fans of the equestrian sports and to the immediate sharing of the emotions from the home participants winnings.
The World Cup Show Jumping, which was held in Bozhurishte, achieved a peculiar record in media coverage of an equestrian sports event with 102 released materials in the media, 10 of which are TV reports and 3 days of live broadcast in the Bulgarian National Television, 19 articles in print media and 73 on the Internet. During the competition days, the Facebook page of the Federation attracted 84 new users and generated 425 comments and likes of the photos and the publications for the World Cup.
