denkstatt is the first consultancy for integrated environmental and sustainability management in Bulgaria. Problems with climate change and the environment resulting from human activity have been publicly recognised and there is a common will to resolve them. At the same time, the issue arises of how to adapt the economy without restricting economic growth. This is the reason for the creation of a new niche in the consultancy business: that for mediators between the growing demands of stakeholders, the responsibility and the obligations of organizations and the growing environmental problems. That's why the right positioning of denkstatt and the way the company is presented at stakeholders and the business are very important for the company development.

The main objectives of the project were as follows:

- Positioning the company as the first consultancy for integrated environmental and sustainability management in Bulgaria
- Create media awareness about the environmental problems and the possibilities for the business to react adequately to the changing reality
