Actavis creates value through the single minded ambition to be the world champion in first-class generic pharmaceuticals. An ambitious group of people, hungry for success - that is how the Group presents itself. The Human Resources division of the group coordinating the HR practices throughout the Group and responsible for the managerial training addressed Key Experts Group with a challenging request - to develop genuine creative idea to foster the teamwork on the Top Executive training of the company organized by Actavis Academy - the in-house training and development programme of the company and to act as both creative advisor and precise executor of the most important part of the event.
Key Experts Group developed creative concepts and provided all logistic and technical support for the two-folded team building realization. The team building activities were directed to the Top Management of the company's three structures - Actavis EAD, Actavis Operations EOOD and Higia AD, one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors on the Bulgarian market recently acquired by Actavis.
The two team building events for Actavis EAD together with Higia and for Actavis Operations were separated and had their own unique concept developed in alliance with the different essence of the operations structures and business objectives. Mainly the team building events aimed the following:
o Interesting and challenging in the same time entertainment for all the managers. The events were part of Actavis hard business training that's why the activities were designed to amuse and cheer up all participants, but also to enrich in content what has already been delivered.
o Working as a team in unusual situation particularly for Actavis EAD and Higia, because they had their first training together since the acquisition.
o Challenging participants' imaginations and creativity.
The Actavis EAD and Higia event took place at Evksinograd residence where the top managers were challenged to shoot films with preliminary given draft scenarios nominated Actavis Academy winners at the First Film Festival Evksinograd 2007.
The managers from Actavis Operations (the production structure) were stir up to cure the world by finding the magic pill in strange and mysterious labyrinth at Katarino complex near Bansko.
The events resulted in great fun and nice memories for all participators, who showed creativity and good team spirit.

Key Experts Group provided integrated services both in creativity and technical support including:
o Creative Concepts were the most important key for the successful team building activities. The concepts were consistent with the specific requirements of Actavis and the three different business and operations structures of the Group.
o Event Management including planning, executing and technical support of the two events at Evksinograd and Katarino complex.
o Design and Copy Writing of the additional print materials which strengthen the special atmosphere of the events.
